I've told several of my friends how WBS has blessed my life. I have told them how easy it is to touch someone's life while at the same time learning from them and the studying you are doing together. It only takes a few minutes a day to touch someone's life in someplace like Singapore, yet the lessons and conversations can be life-changing.

WBS offers Scripture-based material that stands out to Internet users as reliable and accurate, particularly since much of what they see elsewhere is not.

Part of being a Christian is doing what he did, which is to reach the lost. As 1 John tells us, "whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did." If you have a passion for missions, a desire to reach the lost, and a computer (or just a pen for the snail mail folk!), WBS offers an incredible opportunity for you!

Before becoming a WBS teacher I was thinking "this is a lot of work for not getting paid", plus I didn't see any good in it. After a few years I felt like my life was incomplete. I wanted to reach out to people. I started with the internet. I began feeling joyful that I may be able to minister to these students. I received students mainly from Africa, Canada, and the USA . Some were even from India where the Tsunami was. Recently I broke my back and emailed my students letting them know that their lessons would be delayed while i recover well enough to get back on the computer. Almost every single student emailed back saying they were praying for me and one even sent me a get well card! I was really touched by all that from my students.

Believe me the time is well spent and it is a joy to study with sincere students that want to study the Bible. The great commission is still for me. I love being able to study with students from all around the world. Wonderful experience. Students are so excited to study the Bible lessons. Just a complete joy.

I didn't realize was that there were students from the USA as well as other parts of the world. I was amazed at the variety of places where my students came from! Some have come from the United Arab Emirates , Canada , and the South Pacific.

I believe if more of the members knew how easy it is to access the internet teaching service, we would have quite a few others enroll. I am planning a ladies retreat in November and I plan for the theme to revolve around missionary work. I will definately be speaking on behalf of the work at WBS.
